  Nasty place. Came to fill out an app. and its all locked up, no one knows anything, security is as dumb as they come, the GIRL in charge is a rude betch and hangs up.

  We all went to the South Coast Plaza Store yesterday, (august 31st) to register my daughter for Restoration Baby and Child, and possibly to make some purchases for her upcoming baby. We had previously been on line and were somewhat familiar with the product lines and had a good idea of what we were looking for. This was to be an exciting family experience, but was ruined by the rude and uncaring conduct of the sales person. Unfortunately we didn't get his name, but is was a man and we were in the store at approximately 12:30 on that date. At first he ignored us, and when we finally asked for his help he was condescending and abrasive and acted like we were putting him out. We walked out of there without a purchase and are now rethinking of decorating with Williams-Sonoma Home products. Shameful for a high end store in a high end shopping venue.
